Hosting

I do offer sub domain and domain hosting this is free for anyone to apply for. There are a few rules that you’ll have to fallow and then I’ll tell you what you get.

Rules
  1. You must have basic knowledge of how to build a website. CSS and HTML as well as how to make a fairly attractive layout.
  2. A sample of your web design work is needed. it can be hosted on free webs or another free hosting site. Just enough to see your abilities.
  3. You must know how to use an FTP.
  4. No stealing other peoples stuff. If I get wind of stealing, I’ll delete your website and hunt down every host giver I can find and tell them that you stole. You’ll have problems getting someone else to host you.
  5. Keep it PG 14, you can cuss but don’t do it a lot. No pron, or using your web space to promote hate. That doesn’t mean you can’t rant about your boss just don’t use names or make the remakes resist.
  6. Try to update your site once a month or so. I won’t delete your website unless I’ve tired to contact you many times over a period of months and even then I’ll most likely make a back up so if you do come back we’ll be able to get you up and running again.
  7. You’ll need to link back to me on every page of your website. It doesn’t have to be much a small text link at the footer is good.
What you get
  1. A subdomain YOUR NAME.limondesigns.net/ (I may buy another soon we’ll see) or if you have your own domain I can transfer it to my host with out a problem. Just make sure you have everything you need.
  2. Up to 50mb web space for sub domains and 1gb for domains. Tell me what you’d like to have. If you’re unsure then we can talk about it and figure out what you’ll need.
  3. FTP account.
  4. No ads what so ever on your website.
  5. MySQL(optional: you must ask for one.)
  6. An e-mail address (optional: you must ask for one.)
  7. A link on my blog and a welcome hostee post.
What To Send Me
  1. The link to your work.
  2. Your name.
  3. How long you’ve been web designing *will not effect my decision.
  4. If you want an e-mail account and or MySQL.
  5. How much space you’d like to have.
  6. Anything else you think I should know.

  5. Small layout sites
